Practice Sūrat al-Ikhlāṣ
قُلۡqul هُوَhuwa ٱللَّهُallāhu أَحَدٌaḥadAl-Ikhlāṣ
Al-Ikhlāṣ in Tilmidh. Ikhlāṣ is short and dense with qalqalah — a good drill after Fātiḥah. Recite qul, wait until the word is accepted, continue through aḥad, Allāh, aṣ-ṣamad. Four verses are short enough to repeat three times in a row without fatigue, which is exactly what installs the bounce of the qāf.
Verse by verse
قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
Verse 1: qalqalah ṣughrā on the qāf of qul; do not swallow huwa; the lām of Allāhu is heavy after a ḍamma; the dāl of aḥad bounces if you stop. Verse 2, Allāhu ṣ-ṣamad: an emphatic ṣād, then a dāl in waqf. Verse 3, lam yalid wa-lam yūlad: clear nūn (iẓhār) and a bouncing dāl at the stop. Verse 4, wa-lam yakun lahu kufuwan aḥad: ikhfāʾ or iẓhār depending on the link, then a final qalqalah kubrā if you stop.
